Travel Fund
The following information about the travel fund is intended for participants residing in Taiwan only.
在國家理論中心贊助下，本會提供部分與會學生住宿補助，住宿費補助僅限其在學單位火車站-新竹火車站距離大於60公里以外之與會者，可申請9/26一晚住宿。補助上限 NTD 800/人。
欲申請的學生請在9/15中午12點之前將申請資料email給大會(email: info@ap-ccn.org)。大會將於9/16日公布補助審查結果，並通知申請人。
The NCTS provides the limited financial support for the accommodation costs for students. Only those whose affiliations’ nearest train stations are 60 km farther from Hsinchu train station could apply the support for the accommodation costs on Sep 26th night (1 night). The financial support is up to NTD 800/person.
Please email your application to info@ap-ccn.org by 12:00 pm, Sep 15th (Tue). We will announce the review results and notify the applicants on Sep 16th.
申請到補助者也可由國家理論中心代為訂房，2人一間。若可以共住一房的同學們可以兩人寫在同一封email申請；單人申請者，由國家理論中心全權安排。
The NCTS also can reserve the rooms for those who get the fund, 2 persons/room. For the students who can share one room, please write 2 students' information in the same application email. For the application of one student, the NCTS will arrange by itself.
申請email須包含下列資訊
The application email should contain the following information
email 標題為：申請AP-CCN住宿補助 (姓名) / email title：Apply the AP-CCN financial support of accommodation (name)
email內容須包含 the email content：
--學生中英文姓名 name (in both Chinese and English) (for the students without Chinese name, only English name is fine)：
--學校系所與年級 affiliation, department and grade：
--性別(安排房間用) sex (for room arrangement)：
--是否已經預訂住宿？若已訂房，請寫旅館名稱 Have made a room reservation? If yes, the hotel name：
